Indian Head Massage concentrates on massage of the upper back, upper arms, shoulders, back of the neck, head and face.
The Client sits in a chair fully clothed. It would be helpful to have a top without a collar and any earrings or necklaces removed.
The practitioner will massage the soft tissue areas bringing relief from anxiety and insomnia.
Indian Head massage is not suitable if you are suffering from neck, shoulder or head injury (whiplash)
